What is your lead time?

Processing times are displayed within the individual product listing. Generally, our products are processed and dispatched within 3 - 4 weeks of your order being placed; however, we do offer a rush order option for an additional cost.

What happens if my order isn't dispatched within 10 business days and I have purchased a rush order?

In the unlikely event that we are unable to honor the rush order lead time,
we will refund you for the full additional cost of the rush order and will continue to keep your order at the front of our queue!

I have purchased installation with my order, how do I book in?

Generally, your order will be made and will be ready for installation within 3 - 4 weeks however; on occasion, we may already be booked out and cannot guarantee an automatic booking for this specific period. Before purchasing your order, we recommend reaching out us via our many contact methods to discuss your installation.

Do you offer assistance with DIY installation?

We most certainly do! We are here to help you throughout the entire DIY installation process. Simply reach out to us via our many contact methods and we will provide you with as much information as possible.

Can I purchase just the airbox or snorkel separately?

Generally, our airboxes and snorkels are sold as a combo. However, please reach out to us to discuss your specific needs.

Can I pick up my order from your store?

Yes, local pick-up is available for customers who live nearby. Please contact us to arrange a pick-up time.

Can I customise or personalise a product?

Some of our products can be customised or personalised. Please contact us to discuss your specific customisation needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.
